1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the vs69 platform — whether through the website vs69.vip, mobile app, or any other channel provided by vs69 — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions stated in this document.

This agreement takes full effect from the moment you begin using the platform and remains applicable for as long as your account is active or until it is terminated in accordance with the established procedures. These Terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy vs69 which also forms part of this agreement.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the vs69 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not being on vs69's or any regulatory body's self-exclusion list.
• Provide true, accurate, and current information during registration.
• Having only one (1) active account only on vs69 at all times.

Vs69 reserves the right to request proof of identity (KYC), including copies of an identity card, utility bills, or other relevant documents, at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or account closure.

3 User Account

Each vs69 account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur within your account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.

You are required to:

• Keeping your username and password confidential at all times.
• Not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
• Ensure you log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify vs69 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Vs69 will never ask for your password via email, Live Chat, or any other channel. If you receive such a request, it is fraudulent and should be reported to our support team.

4 Deposit & Payment

• Vs69 reserves the right to decline or refund any deposit suspected of involving illegal activity or fraud.

5 Withdrawal of Funds

Members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be credited to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–5 minutes for standard withdrawals.
• Vs69 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
• Funds derived from bonuses must fully satisfy the wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.

Any attempt to withdraw funds linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse will be blocked and referred to the relevant authorities.

7 Wagering Rules

• Wins will be automatically credited to your account after the official result is announced.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any strategy intended to exploit the system.
• Opening multiple accounts to obtain duplicate bonuses.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Disrupting, hacking, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to vs69 systems.
• Transferring funds between different vs69 member accounts.
• Using a false identity or invalid verification documents.

9 Privacy & Personal Data

• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request from authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the vs69 customer support team. Eligible balances will be returned to the original payment method after the required review is completed.

11 Limitation of Liability

Vs69 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond vs69's control.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Data loss or damage caused by factors beyond vs69's technical control.
• Losses arising from your own betting decisions.

Vs69's total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

14 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the vs69 platform. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the established procedures. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
